Marathon Data Systems Adopts Element's Hosted Payment Solution Going Out-Of-Scope for PA-DSS Compliance Requirements

adopted Hosted Payments, the first payment processing solution
to take software providers out-of-scope for PA-DSS (PABP) compliance requirements.
Marathon Data Systems, the developer of pest control software solutions for pest control companies, integrated Element's Hosted
Payments solution with their PestPac software to offer its customers the most secure

require newly boarded level 3 and level 4 merchants to either be PCI DSS compliant or use PA-DSS
