National Sales Executive


Element Payment Services is seeking a highly motivated, senior sales executive interested in joining a dynamic and growing company focused on delivering highly secure and reliable payment solutions to software providers and their end users nationwide. This unique opportunity focuses on all aspects of demand generation, qualifying, proposing, influencing prospects and finally, closing the sale. Qualified candidates will have experience in successfully selling technical solutions to mid-large size businesses in a consultative style. Candidates must have the ability to identify a prospect’s business needs, build a trusting relationship and deliver appropriate payment solutions to fulfill those business needs.

In addition, the ideal candidate for this outside sales position will possess:
  • C level relationships with mid-large size businesses
  • Strong ability and inclination for new business “hunting”, prospecting, cold calling, territory development
  • Proven track record of quota achievement through pipeline development and high win rate
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience selling technical or payment solutions
  • Training and experience with strategic selling (Miller-Heiman preferred) and account planning
  • Outstanding communication skills and presence
  • New technology evangelist energy and enthusiasm
